July 27, 2004 -

The family had been talking about getting another pet for a while. So the decision was that after we came back home from our week long trip from Canada we would go to the Dane County Humane Society and find a new friend to bring home. We went on Saturday July 24th and picked out 4 candidates from their room full of cats. We ended up only viewing two close up, but the last one really impressed us. This kitty was a stray found in Verona around May 2004. She had a respiratory infection but had been getting better ever since. The shelter named her Isis. 

 Isis is a cushion and cream cat, a cuddle-some cat, a little girl's cat. She is constantly purr-full and is an extremely friendly kitty. The shelter estimated her age to be around 2 years. Isis is making a wonderful addition to our family. Isis is featured on the Wholly Cats Website.
